TO FIND YOUR USER NAME AND PASSWORD:

If you have successfully registered for your membership access, check your email for a message with the subject line “Congrats – You are registered!” It will contain your user name and password.

OR

Go to the login page and click on Lost your password?, then submit your email address to Get a New Password. An email will be sent to you with the subject line “RE: Your membership login info” and will give you your user name and the ability to reset your password.

IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE REGISTERING AFTER YOUR PURCHASE:

If you have tried to click the link that came in your confirmation email and instead of taking you to the registration page it keeps sending you to the home page, please send me an email and I will manually register you.

You will then receive an email with the subject line “Congrats – You are registered!” It will contain your user name and password. You can then follow the instructions above.

IF YOU PURCHASED PREVIOUSLY AND HAVE LOST YOUR LINK TO REGISTER:

Check your email for a message with the subject line “UPDATE: A new way to access your Mobile Marketing purchase” and it will contain instructions for registering. It would have been sent to you on 5/5/2010.
